C. TRACKING: How to track order?
After clearing the order, you can contact us on lolitastaylor13@gmail.com. We will inform you that the order has been sent out. We do not keep cash on delivery.
D. DELIVERY TERMS: We accept the Port Express to delivery the products.
E. CANCELLATIONS
All order will be auto process and shipped instantly after placing the order. If you choose to cancel an order, please give a cancellations request by email within 10-24 hours after placing the order. If the order has not been shipped, you will get a refund. Once transportation is agreed , it can not be cancelled.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is impaired in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in contact with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being here and now, please contact customer service with the next steps.
